Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart by clicking on the add to trolley button which will take you to your shopping cart. Here you can proceed to checkout, delete an item, or carry on shopping by clicking on one of the sections required or by clicking the back button. After you have finished your selection, you shopping cart will display all your ordered items. Click on proceed to checkout where you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Switch, Visa, Mastercard and many other types of credit cards via PayPal (Please see the bottom of any page for details). We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Account holders with Derma Emporia can also order with the online system, just type in your account reference when ordering, we will then contact you by telephone to confirm your order.
Carriage and Handling
We deliver to the Mainland United Kingdom. All orders under £75 (excluding VAT) will incur a delivery charge of £7.99 (Excluding VAT). Some carriage charges may be cheaper depending on the product weight ordered and this will be shown in the shopping cart when calculating carriage. Carriage on orders of 10 or more products may incur extra carriage due to the overall weight of the order. We will contact you beforehand if this is the case.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Some parts of Scotland, Scottish Highlands and ALL other Isles will incur an increased delivery charge depending on what part of the country the delivery is going to and the customer will be notified of this extra charge before delivery is made. Any orders above £75 (excluding VAT) will be delivered free of charge. Delivery is normally 2 to 3 days and in most cases next day where possible. On some occasions stock will be low and we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an equivalent product where possible.
All delivery “services” above when referring to “days” mean Working Days (Monday to Friday). Saturday delivery and timed deliveries are also available on request – please call us for pricing and scheduling information.
Please note we do not dispatch any parcels on Saturday or Sundays. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that goods are delivered within the stated time, no liability can be accepted for any delays. However, in the event of any delay you will be immediately contacted and offered another time for delivery or a full refund.
Some remote parts of Scotland may take up to 3 business days to be delivered after date of despatch.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you, offer an alternative product of equal quality. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
All orders are taken on a Secure Server and passed on to Atlantic Hygiene Services where we then send your details to PAYPALwho process the order and take payment from your credit card. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee PERSONAL CUSTOMERS ONLY. If you wish to return any item, please ensure that it is well packed and is returned, unused, within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please quote your invoice number on any correspondence. In the interests of hygiene we are unable to accept for return any items of a personal nature. This does not affect your statutory rights. (You may be responsible for your own postage and packing costs – for goods ordered in error)
Cancellation of undelivered orders:
You may cancel any undelivered order within 7 days without giving a reason.,
BUSINESS CUSTOMERS ONLY.
Derma Emporia will not accept the return of goods delivered in accordance with a customers order unless a partner of the company Derma Emporia has agreed in writing to accept the return – this shall not constitute any admission on the part of Derma Emporia. If Derma Emporia has so agreed the goods shall be returned at the risk and expense of the customer and must be delivered to Derma Emporia in perfect condition. In addition Derma Emporia currently charges a restocking administration fee. This fee is currently 15% of the total of the goods returned.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
