Delivery Information

We currently use APC couriers.

Orders under £50 net will have a £5.99 delivery charge. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Some parts of Scotland, Scottish Isles and ALL other Isles will incur an extra delivery charge which is set by our couriers. Please calculate the carriage in the shopping cart or contact us for exact costings.

To calculate your exact shipping cost. Please click on calculate shipping once you have placed a product into the shopping cart. This will calculate your shipping cost. There are a huge amount of postcodes in the UK. If your post code is not recognisable please contact us and we will let you know the carriage.

Delivery is normally 24-72 hours depending on time of order and stock levels. On some occasions stock will be low and we will in form you as soon as possible and offer equivalent products where possible.

DELIVERIES LEFT IN A SAFE PLACE – All deliveries made by the APC courier are tracked by GPS showing exactly what time and where deliveries have been made . We can request the driver to leave in a safe place, but this is on the customers instructions only. APC and Hygiene247 accept no responsibility for missing goods. It is strongly recommended that you enter an alternative DELIVERY address where a signature can be obtained and the products can be left securely.
